Job Summary:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Administrator to manage the full order processing cycle from customer order placement to final delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfilment while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:



Process incoming sales orders via online systems Confirm order details with customers and ensure all required information is accurate Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery Monitor order progress and proactively resolve delays or issues Maintain and update order records in ERP/CRM systems Generate order confirmations, invoices, and delivery notes Handle customer inquiries and provide order status updates Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth order handling Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the order cycle Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking order metrics

Key Requirements:



Proven experience in order administration, sales support, or customer service

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
