Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Order Administrator to join UK's largest Dassault Systems software vendor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders efficiently, ensuring accurate processing, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal departments. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our order fulfilment process within a professional environment.

Duties



Process incoming customer orders accurately and promptly via various channels such as email, phone, or online systems. Maintain and update order records within the company database, ensuring all information is current and correct. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products. Respond to customer enquiries regarding order status, delivery times, and product information in a professional manner. Prepare and send order confirmations, invoices, and relevant documentation as required. Monitor stock levels and communicate with procurement teams to manage inventory effectively. Assist in resolving any issues related to orders, including discrepancies or delays, by liaising with relevant departments. Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting as needed.

Skills



Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and record keeping. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with order management software is desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in administration or order processing roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates. A proactive approach with problem-solving abilities to handle unforeseen challenges efficiently. Pay: 24,420.00-25,500.00 per year
