Due to our continued growth, we're looking for a Sales Order Processor to join our dynamic team!

Your Role

?

As part of a small, dedicated team of four, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders. Working alongside three other team members, you will be responsible for accurately managing orders and liaising with internal departments. While customer interactions are primarily handled by the customer service team, you will focus on the technical and administrative aspects of order processing.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all customer orders are input accurately and correctly. Develop extensive technical knowledge of products and variations (training provided). Collaborate with internal departments such as production and finance. Maintain awareness of credit and pro forma accounts. Oversee the order process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless transition. Work with multiple software platforms, including Excel, Window Designer, a bespoke ordering system, Access, and Opera (training provided). Process orders from various sources, including the online door designer, email, and order forms. Monitor and help achieve team KPIs. Carry out ad-hoc administrative duties to support the department.
This role offers the opportunity to develop product knowledge and work within a supportive and structured team environment, with minimal direct customer interaction.
