What will you be doing as a Sales Performance Manager (movebutler)




We are looking for a Sales Performance Manager to lead, develop and optimise the performance of our customer onboarding sales team within movebutler. This is a leadership role with accountability for commercial delivery, sales quality and partner relationships, while shaping a high-performing sales function.


You will hold end-to-end responsibility for sales performance across onboarding, ensuring budgeted results are delivered through consistent, high-quality execution. You'll combine strategic oversight with hands-on coaching leadership, using insight and data to drive continuous improvement and sustainable growth.


Key responsibilities include:




Own the delivery of sales targets, conversion KPIs and forecasting accuracy. Use data and insight to inform prioritisation, decision-making and resource allocation. Identify conversion gaps and lead targeted improvement initiatives. Present clear performance insights, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Lead, coach and develop a team of Onboarding Specialists to meet and exceed budget expectations. Deliver high-quality 1:1s, PDPs and performance reviews rooted in coaching best practice. Build team capability, succession pipelines and clear career pathways to retain and grow talent. Oversee call quality, setting clear expectations and reinforcing effective sales behaviours. Shape, refine and maintain sales processes, scripts and training content. Partner closely with Operations to optimise systems, reporting, workflows and training materials. Champion continuous improvement by identifying issues early and removing barriers to performance. Foster a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture aligned to our mission and values.

What are we looking for?




Sales leadership experience in a high-volume, conversion-led environment, with a proven track record of delivering results through teams. Strong leadership capability, able to set direction, inspire confidence and hold teams accountable. Commercial awareness, with a clear understanding of revenue, conversion, cost and productivity drivers. Coaching and development skills, including experience developing individuals and emerging leaders. Strategic thinking, able to link day-to-day actions to medium-term priorities and growth. Excellent communication and influence, confident presenting insight, challenging constructively and engaging stakeholders. Relationship-building ability, forming strong internal partnerships and trusted external relationships. Decisive, proactive mindset, acting early to remove blockers and drive continuous improvement
