We have an opportunity for a sales person to join our team. We are longest serving independent used car dealer in Bedfordshire (The company has been here since the 1930's and selling cars to the general public since 1966.

You will be taught how to sell, how to look after customers in the right manner and have a lot of fun whilst doing it.

Paul and Tony have over 60 years combined experience in car sales, they are wanting to teach you everything they know and even pay you to learn it all.

You will have unlimited earning opportunities with our uncapped OTE. With a competitive basic salary and a more than achievable OTE of 40,000+.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a sales environment and a target driven position , this doesn't have to be from a car sales background. (you'll get all the training you need to make a successful switch). What we are ideally looking for is someone with the hunger and desire to succeed and understands that the job is not done until the customer is 100% Happy.

What will you be doing?

Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions from our existing/incoming stock range Provide customers with detailed quotations and cost calculations Inform customers of additional services we offer including finance, insurance and extended warranties Negotiate terms of sales, part exchanges and close deals (overseen by the General Manager) Other administrative and hands-on tasks in the business will be required when needed.

The Hours

Week 1: 6 day working week (1 weekday off) Week 2: 5 day working week, 2 days off (1 weekday off & Sunday) Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:30 Saturday 08:00-17:00 Sunday: 09:30-16:00
