Sales & Planning Executive

to join our dynamic team.

About the Role



As part of our

Sales & Planning team

, you'll be the first point of contact for customers interested in our

ECO (Energy Company Obligation)

&

GBIS (Great British Insulation Scheme)

services. You'll guide customers through the qualification process, build trusted relationships & arrange surveys to help households unlock government-funded energy upgrades.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with

B2C sales experience

who thrives on connecting with people, enjoys a fast-paced environment & wants to make a real difference in the UK's energy transition.

Key Responsibilities



Engage with customers via phone & email to discuss energy efficiency services Qualify customers for

ECO

and

GBIS

funding schemes Arrange & schedule home energy surveys with accuracy & professionalism Maintain detailed records in our systems & support smooth project handovers Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer journeys

What We're Looking For



Proven

B2C sales experience

, ideally within the

ECO

or home energy sector Strong communication and rapport-building skills Highly organised with great attention to detail Confident using google sheets / calendars & managing multiple tasks at once A positive, proactive attitude & able to work under pressure
