In this role, you will be responsible for dealing with inbound customer sales enquires both face to face and over the telephone. Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through in bound leads, referrals, and utlising our existing customer base. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. Meet & Greet potential customers and take them through the sales process from product demonstration to signed order. Negotiate and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver appropriate solutions for the customer and business alike. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Stay informed about product development, industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Skills

Proven experience in sales or a related field is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all types of customers. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage. A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
