Position

As a Sales Professional for Live Chat you will be responsible for providing 'cut above' customer support via live chat, email, and outbound phone calls. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right products while maximizing sales opportunities. The Sales Professional will have a strong understanding of Chisholm Hunter's products, sales processes, and compliance requirements while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.



Key Responsibilities include:

Engage with customers vialive chat, email, and phone to provide outstanding service and sales support. Maintaining departmental KPIs including process accuracy, customer satisfaction, response times and sales Build genuine relationships, manage expectations, and deliver on promises. Proactively upsell and cross-sell products, including our exclusive insurance packages. Become an expert in our luxury jewellery range and sales techniques. Ensure compliance with company standards and GDPR regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous retail experience would be advantageous Passion for jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with clients. High attention to detail and accuracy
