to join our growing team in Leeds and help take our customer journey to the next level.
Role Overview
As a
Sales Progression Manager
, you'll play a crucial role in guiding our customers through the post-offer stage of their property sale, ensuring a smooth and efficient process through to completion. You'll be the central point of contact, proactively managing communication between all parties and removing obstacles to ensure deadlines are met and expectations exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a pipeline of property sales from offer through to completion
Communicate regularly with sellers, buyers, solicitors, surveyors, and brokers to progress transactions efficiently
Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimise fall-throughs and delays
Keep all stakeholders updated with clear, timely communication
Maintain accurate case notes and progress tracking through our CRM
Work closely with internal sales teams to ensure aligned goals and a consistent customer experience
Contribute to improving sales processes and customer satisfaction metrics
What We're Looking For
Experience in sales progression, conveyancing, or estate agency
Deep understanding of the UK property sales process
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Confident communicator with a proactive approach to solving problems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM/property systems
A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering great service
