Sales Progression Specialist

From 26,325 plus commissions

Hours:

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

About You:

We're looking for an organised, confident, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Sales Progression Specialist.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring every property sale progresses smoothly from offer to completion -- keeping communication flowing between buyers, sellers, solicitors and agents, and delivering a five-star experience for every client.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

Experience in sales progression, conveyancing, or residential property sales is desirable but not essential Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service A positive, team-oriented attitude and desire to learn and grow

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

As a Sales Progressor Specialist, you'll be the key link between all parties in the property transaction. You'll provide updates, resolve challenges, and ensure every sale reaches completion in a timely and stress-free manner.

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the full sales process from offer acceptance to completion Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders Track milestones such as surveys, searches, and contracts, ensuring everything stays on schedule Proactively identify and resolve issues that could delay progress Maintain detailed case notes and regular communication with clients Deliver exceptional customer service, keeping all parties informed every step of the way Support the wider team with updates and performance tracking when needed
