About the Role:



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Sales Progressor & Compliance Coordinator

to join our dynamic estate agency team. This role is integral to ensuring a smooth and efficient property sales journey while upholding our commitment to legal and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless progression from offer to completion.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Progression



Manage a portfolio of agreed sales from offer through to exchange and completion. Maintain regular contact with buyers, sellers, solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders. Proactively chase outstanding documentation and updates to reduce fall-through rates and timelines. Keep internal systems updated and ensure all parties are kept informed throughout the process. Resolve issues and delays quickly and professionally.

AML & Compliance



Act as the designated AML lead for the branch, overseeing all Anti-Money Laundering procedures and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Conduct ID checks, Source of Funds verification and risk assessments for all clients. Ensure all property files are compliant before marketing or sale completion. Stay updated on legislation changes and implement best practices within the team. Work closely with management to audit files and ensure company policies are being adhered to.

Key Requirements:



Proven experience in sales progression within an estate agency environment. Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law basics. Experience or strong understanding of AML regulations and compliance processes. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Desirable:



AML or compliance qualification (advantageous, but not essential).
