Job Description
We are seeking a
part time
Sales Progressor
to join our very busy estate agent office based at ourBromsgrove Office
.Working Monday to Friday, you will join the existing sales team to help clients ensure the path to completion goes through as smoothly as possible.
The role will involve
Liaise between buyers, sellers, solicitors and estate agents
Ensure smooth progression of the property transactions from the offer acceptance through to completion
Monitor key milestones and help resolve any obstacles or delays along the way
Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records between all parties
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients at all times
Qualities we are seeking
Previous experience in estate agency sales progression preferred but not essential
Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
Proficient in MS applications
Knowledge of property regulations an advantage
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
Able to work under pressure
Salary
25,000 pro rata for your working hours (20,000 for a 30 hour working week)Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 20,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
