The Role



You will be responsible for progressing sales once an offer has been agreed through to completion. You will be required to liaise with Solicitors, Estate Agents and their customers, ensuring everyone involved is frequently updated on the progress of the sales, whilst at all times maintaining an exceptional customer service experience.

You will need to work as part of a fast-paced proactive team, updating our Branches on progress of property sales as well as maintaining and building relationships with regular vendors and purchaser contacts. The successful applicant will need to be articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to prioritise workloads, work under pressure with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

General Duties:



Ability to work under pressure within a target orientated environment with minimal supervision Identify and prospect for new business opportunities (Valuations) plus promote ancillary services such as mortgages, Survey & Conveyancing which will generate revenue & enhance the customer experience To be responsible for accurately recording all information collated from telephone and face to face contact on the databases. Maintain and continually update personal knowledge of new legislation affecting residential sales market To fully understand and operate Company policies and office procedures Undertaking other duties not specifically stated which from time to time are necessary without altering the nature or level of responsibility.

You will need:



A passion for property & people Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an estate agency progressing sales to completion. Experience of working in Estate Agency and a proven track record of success in this profession A positive mind-set and a willingness to adapt and learn Personal drive and initiative Good organisational and time management skills Able to work in high pressure environment Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing and computer literate. Ability to project an image of friendly professionalism that will bring credit to the Company To be well dressed and presented at all times in line with company dress code. Good IT literacy, familiar with Outlook, Word, and Excel Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Problem solving abilities with a good and appropriate use of initiative To maintain an enthusiastic & high energy approach to work.

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday 9am - 5.00pm

Job Location: Head Office, Lawnswood, West Yorkshire.

Basic Salary: from 24,000

OTE: IRO 32,000 UNCAPPED

Pay: 24,000.00-33,000.00 per year
