Sales Progressor

Salary up to 32,000 OTE
Working for a large Estate Agent this role involves speaking to vendors and buyers and, liaising with solicitors to ensure a smooth process along with the highest level of service when buying/selling a home right from instruction through to exchange and completion.
Duties of a Sales Progressor
Proactively progress sales once offer has been agreed through to completion
Working with various branches in progressing sales
Maintain regular vendor and potential purchaser contact
Liaise with Mortgage provider/solicitor to achieve target exchange date
Ability to work under pressure within a target orientated environment with minimal supervision
Work to meet set target.
A Sales Progressor is a self-starter and has lots of self-motivation. They will be someone who is hungry to succeed. Their success will be through a determination and commitment to win business. They will have a passion for excellent customer service.
A successful Sales Progressor will have full awareness of current legislation in this environment. They are proactive in progressing business and have a clear vision and direction.
They will have excellent customer service skills and be able to build rapport and maintain long term business relationships.
