Sales Progression Specialist

to join our fast-paced, high-performing team and play a vital role in delivering seamless transactions for landlords and investors.

The Role:



As a Sales Progression Specialist, you'll be at the core of our mission ensuring that tenanted property deals move from offer to completion as efficiently as possible. You'll work closely with solicitors, buyers, sellers, and internal teams to remove obstacles, chase documentation, and keep every deal on track.

No two days are the same

in this role. It's ideally suited to someone who thrives on variety, enjoys solving problems, and is confident managing multiple transactions at once. You'll be responsible for keeping deals alive, minimising delays, and helping both landlords and investors reach completion smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:



Progress tenanted property sales from offer to completion Liaise daily with solicitors, sellers, buyers, and agents to move transactions forward Identify and resolve potential delays or issues before they escalate Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders Maintain accurate deal records and ensure compliance at all stages Support the Head of Sales Progression and contribute to team-wide KPIs Deliver a professional, reassuring experience to clients throughout the process

About You:



Minimum 1 years' experience in sales progression, property administration, or a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple transactions at once Positive, proactive mindset and a natural problem-solver Able to work independently but enjoy contributing to a fast-moving team
