Job Purpose

This is a newly created role designed to support our growing sales team. The successful candidate will join on an initial three-month contract, with the main focus on proactively following up on sales quotations provided to customers, with the aim of converting quotes into sales orders. This role involves engaging with customers via telephone, addressing questions, overcoming objections, and providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding outstanding sales quotes. Discuss details of the quote, answer queries, and guide customers towards purchase decisions. Record call outcomes, customer feedback, and next steps in the CRM system. Liaise with the wider sales and customer service teams to resolve customer queries. Update quotes as required, in collaboration with other team members. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. Meet or exceed daily and monthly conversion targets.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a telesales, inside sales, or customer service environment is preferred. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills. Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems. Motivated, target-driven, and able to work autonomously.

Key Objectives

Achieve set targets for follow-up calls and conversions. Maintain high customer satisfaction rates. Ensure all customer communications are logged promptly and accurately.

Pay: 22,880.00-25,000.00 per year
