Solar Surveyor/Sales Specialist

to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven

Solar Surveyor/Sales Specialist

to carry out property surveys, manage sales processes, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role will include:

Conducting site surveys for solar installations, scheduled via an electronic diary. Managing the sales journey from initial survey to final sale, ensuring smooth and professional interactions. Providing excellent aftercare to uphold our reputation for top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform property surveys to assess suitability for solar installations. Educate customers on the advantages of solar energy and propose customised solutions. Drive sales while meeting both customer needs and company objectives. Keep detailed records of surveys, sales, and follow-up communications. Represent Absolute Electrical Lincoln as a knowledgeable and professional brand ambassador.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to assess properties accurately. A full UK driving licence is essential.
