As an Sales & Quotes Order Processor, you will play a crucial role in our sales and operations processes by efficiently handling the customer journeys and preparing accurate quotations. Your attention to detail, ability to multitask and excellent communication skills will be vital in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Experience in the fenestration / PVC / roofing industry would be a strong advantage for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

ENSURING THAT ANY TASK ALLOCATED TO YOU BY YOU MANAGER IS COMPLETED. ENSURE YOU WORK TO DRAWINGS THAT ARE SENT IN VIA CUSTOMER, HIGHLIGHT ANY SPECIFICATION ISSUES TO YOUR MANAGER TALKING TO CUSTOMERS ON A DAILY BASIS REGARDING QUOTES MANUAL CREATION OF JOB FILE CONTAINING NECESSARY PAPERWORK PROCESS INCOMING QUOTE REQUESTS WITH COMPANY TIME EXPECTANCY EVAULATING INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER TO CHECK FOR MISSING / INCORRECT DATA. USE OF COMPANY EMAIL FOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNCATION USE OF COMPANY TELEPHONES FOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION COVERING OTHER STAFF IN THE DEPARTMENT WHEN NEEDED RESPOND TO INCOMING NEW BUSINESS ENQUIRES IN A TIMELY MANNER PROVIDING A PROFESSIONAL FIRST CONTACT AND SEEING THE ENQUIRY RIGHT THROUGH TO THEIR FIRST ORDER WORK TO TARGETS SET BY THE MANAGER SOURCE NEW SALES OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH INBOUND LEAD FOLLOW UP AND OUTBOUND COLD CALLS AND EMAILS

Qualifications and Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and problem-solving mindset. Knowledge of roofing products and materials is a plus.
