We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Relationship Manager to join our established sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales management. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients, analyse market trends, and implement strategic sales initiatives. Responsibilities
Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of increasing market share
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Foster strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Utilise Hubspot for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and generating reports.
Experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to analyse data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales success.
YOU MUST BE TARGET DRIVEN.
Experience in the leasing industry would be a definite advantage.
Please note that this job will involve weekly visits to the key customers so the right candidate must have a full drivers licence and be willing to spend time on the road meeting customers.
