CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine) is an award winning, leading training provider for natural medicine with 11 colleges in the UK, Ireland and Dubai. The college has been operational for over 25 years with a large educational facility in London and its headquarters in East Grinstead. About the job

CNM is a growing education provider with a steady stream of inbound enquiries from students seeking to enrol onto a course.

Prospective students will often register an interest in studying with CNM because they want to change their lives, achieve their goals and realise their dreams. For this reason, the ideal sales person for CNM will be able to connect with and motivate prospective students through to a close.

The job requires:

Hitting weekly and monthly sales targets Calling customers who have registered an interest in our course and helping them to overcome the blocks that are stopping them from pursuing their goals. Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales. Updating all data for sales onto the company system. Following up leads and appointments. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Experience in a consultative sales role is an advantage. Experiences of selling courses is a plus but not essential.

About you

You are a stable and caring person who is used to working hard to achieve actual results. You can demonstrate that you have generated value and support in current and previous jobs and demonstrated that you are able to help and service people over the phone. It is beneficial if you have done sales successfully.

The job has a certain level of routine that requires a person who can deal with that. However, as you are working with people of different backgrounds, it never gets to a "routine" job.

You don't need to be a sales expert or have knowledge in natural therapies. However, you are interested in health, are service-orientated and want to help others to change and improve their lives.

Salary

: 25K base, plus uncapped commission

Location

: Either Percy Circus London, or Head Office in East Grinstead, dependant on your location

Working hours are

: Mon-Wed & Fri (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM), Thurs (11:00 AM - 7:30 PM) After working with CNM for 3 months and proving you are successful in role, you will have the opportunity to work from home two days per week.
