Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Sales & Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is a hybrid position combining technical expertise with sales acumen. You will be responsible for generating new IT support & sales leads in our geographic area, that could be anywhere from Barnstaple, North Devon all the way down to Plymouth. As well as supporting the stores with their retail roles, working alongside the store managers.

Responsibilities:

Sales:

Identify and qualify potential clients within the target area. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Support:

Assess client IT infrastructure and needs. Implement and configure Microsoft 365, G-Suite, and domain management solutions. Provide technical training and support to business & retail clients. Ensure ongoing client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams as needed.

Technical Expertise:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365, G-Suite, and domain management best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Provide remote and on-site technical support. Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in IT sales and support roles. Excellent understanding of Microsoft 365 and G-Suite platforms. Experience in domain management and configuration. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time management skills. Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Benefits:

Basic Salary of 24,000 + Commission Pay
Fuel/Mileage when visiting customers sites
