Due to continued expansion, EA Mobility are seeking a new member of the self-employed sales team located in the Leeds area.

EA Mobility are a family run, national business established in 2017. Our mission is to "Enable and Restore Independence" for our customers and their families. This mission is weaved into every role within the business as we work together to support our customers and each other to meet our aspirations. Our nationwide team of Home Assessors and Installers plan solutions for our customers who are experiencing difficulty using their bathroom due to disability or illness.

We are looking for an experienced direct sales representative who will cover a geographic area around Leeds, completing daily appointments to assess customers needs and design a bathroom adaptation solution.

All appointments are booked by our telesales colleagues to ensure the highest standard of customer service.

Home Assessors are supplied with the samples needed to offer an in-depth solution for each customer.

The successful applicant will have the skills to design a high standard solution to meet the customers needs, whilst maintaining exemplary standards of customer service and meeting the required sales conversion rates.

About You:



Must have direct selling experience, preferably within the mobility/adaptation industry

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Excellent listening skills

Ability to use the ArtiCad package to design a basic bathroom design whilst with each customer

Ability to use HubSpot or similar CRM

Solutions mindset to overcome barriers

The Role:



Extensive travelling to meet customer needs within a defined geographical area

Attending 2 or 3 appointments daily

Completing all related documents and CRM entries to complete interaction/sale

Planning follow up calls for customers that did not buy on the day of appointment

Instigating interaction with the Operations team to gain required information regarding planned installation dates etc

Ability to meet sales conversion KPI's consistently

Actively update own product knowledge within the industry to effectively address customer enquiries

Ability to handle customer objections sensitively with the ability to overcome barriers

We offer a commission structure payment system

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: 60,000.00-100,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
