The Role

We're looking for an experienced, confident, and self-motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. This is a self-employed position with a realistic on-target earning potential of 50,000+ per year -- with no cold calling and qualified appointments provided daily.

You'll visit customers in their homes to:

Present our range of carpets, vinyl, and flooring solutions

Explain and promote our flexible pay-weekly finance options

Provide professional product advice and close sales on-site

Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships

Manage your own diary, report on activity, and meet weekly sales targets

We'll provide comprehensive product and sales training, ongoing support, and a guaranteed minimum weekly payment during your onboarding and ramp-up period.

What You'll Need

A proven track record in face-to-face sales (home improvement, retail, or similar)

Exceptional communication and closing skills

Professional, well-presented, and customer-first approach

Highly self-motivated with excellent time management

Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle

A smartphone

Experience in the flooring, furnishings, or home improvement industry is a plus
