Armed with fresh thinking and an endeavour to improve service and outcomes in the world of fabrication, OnFab specialise in precision components for industries including commercial roofing, construction and broader fabrication markets.

We're a growing team passionate about quality craftsmanship and innovation, and we're looking for a talented sales professional to join our team and help deliver exceptional results for our clients.

The Role:


As a Sales professional you'll play a key part in our growth, you'll understand the importance of both achieving your targets and playing a vital role in ensuring we deliver on our commitments to our customers. You will be passionate about customer relationship management and take pride in developing long-term trading accounts

Key Responsibilities:



Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through multiple prospecting techniques. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Prepare accurate quotations and estimates based on technical drawings and customer specifications. Collaborate with the production and buying teams to ensure quotes are both competitive and feasible. Attend client meetings (site visits where required) to discuss projects and present our capabilities. Achieve and exceed sales targets, reporting on pipeline and activity. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity. Ensure good CRM hygiene and use the CRM to drive your reporting.

What We're Looking For:



Proven sales experience, ideally in sheet metal fabrication, precision engineering, or a related manufacturing sector (estimating or technical sales background advantageous) however we're open to transferable skills. An understanding of sheet metal processes (e.g., bending, welding, fabrication). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work autonomously. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. A passionate sales professional who understands the end-to-end sales cycle
