Job Title: Sales & Service Co-ordinator
Reporting to: General Manager
Contract Type: Part-Time/Permanent
Working Pattern: Mon-Fri, 40hrs per week (shifts given between 8am - 8pm, rota depending)
The Sales and Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting both the sales and customer service functions of the residence. This role ensures that every prospective and current resident receives an exceptional experience, from first enquiry through to move-out. Working closely with the operations and sales teams, the Sales and Service Coordinator play a key role in driving occupancy, maintaining accurate records, and creating a welcoming, community-focused environment for all residents.
