Shaftesbury, role is based onsite daily.

Days:

Monday - Friday(inc a Sat or Sun shift in Nov/Dec)

Hours:

Out of Season 09.00 - 17.00 (January to September)

In Season 0800 - 18.00 (September to December)

extended hrs maybe required in season depending on the needs of the business)

Job Overview


To work closely with the Contact Centre Manager to support our contact centre, manage key accounts and relationships, generate business opportunities, and forging new client partnerships, through delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities



You will provide an excellent service to all new and existing customers, make outbound calls, and deal with customer sales and queries regarding orders and products. You will be speaking to an existing client base and maximising opportunities to up-sell whilst managing customer expectations. Completing on a daily/weekly/monthly basis; records, reports and documents Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and team efficiency. Work with the contact centre manager to manage existing Client Accounts, identify new opportunities and achieve budgeted turnover and profit targets Identify, source, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the market. Take responsibility for developing, renewing and the management of client contracts including pricing and budgets. Analyse sales and other reports that give insights into how the company can adjust, continuously build and improve performance. In season, supporting a team of staff in the contact centre to ensure excellent customer service is given across all communications (phone, email, webchat), including staff training, development, and appraisals Support the Contact Centre Manager as required and deputise in their absence. Support the wider contact centre with an ability to understand VH systems and processes. Support with wider business when required.

Requirements



Proven experience in a sales or account manager role, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent administration and organisational skills
