With billions of article views and a global research community, they are expanding their Publishing Development team and looking for a driven Journal Specialist to join them.
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing the full journey of scientific article collections from concept to publication
- Building strong relationships with researchers and academic editors
- Driving growth in assigned scientific areas using data?driven insights
- Conducting outreach calls, including confident cold?call?style engagement
- Supporting authors and improving publishing processes
- Recruiting new experts to strengthen editorial boards
- Experience in sales or business development
- Confidence managing high volumes of work
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Passion for Open Science and meaningful, mission driven work
- Full training and ongoing development
- 4 wellbeing days per year + learning time
