Summary
We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Seaglaze Marine Windows. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our sales operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth within the marine industry. This position is vital to our mission of delivering high-quality products and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Provide training and support to team members to improve their sales skills.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales supervisory role or similar position.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Experience in the marine industry or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
