Duties

Supervise daily operations of the retail store, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained. Train, mentor, and develop sales associates to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve sales goals. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing shopping environment. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock management. Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies and marketing initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales or supervisory roles is essential. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 28,000.00-44,133.80 per year
