We're looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Kings Hill, West Malling. This is a 9-month fixed term contract with potential to extend.







We're seeking a highly organised and efficient Sales Support Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover. In this vital role, you'll provide key administrative support to our procurement and supply chain functions, helping to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:



Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records in internal systems. Liaise with suppliers to address queries, confirm order details, and follow up on deliveries. Maintain vendor databases, and update agreed prices on Purchase orders. Track and monitor order statuses to ensure timely delivery and escalate delays when necessary. Assist with invoice matching, resolving discrepancies with finance and suppliers. Coordinate with internal departments if issues arise and need to be resolved Provide administrative support including preparing reports, maintaining files, and organizing procurement documentation.

Requirements



Previous experience in Fresh Produce procurement, purchasing, or administrative support function. Highly organised, with hands-on experience and a solid understanding of setting up and managing purchase orders efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and documentation. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Desirable



Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); Prophet system experience is a plus. Knowledge of purchase orders and sales order processing would be desirable. Experience with Prophet software would be an advantage.
