Salary - 25,000 to 32,500 (DOE)
Hybrid - 3 days in office | Central London HQ
Fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware and detail-driven Sales Support Executive to join a fast-growing B2B digital marketing business. This company is transforming how marketers engage with buying teams through a combination of audience insights, omni-channel media execution, and cutting-edge analytics.
As a Sales Support Executive, you'll work closely with the commercial team to support the end-to-end pre-sales process. You'll play a key role in proposal creation, CRM management, and internal coordination - helping the business convert opportunities and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and media plans
• Maintain accurate records across CRM systems and internal documentation
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and tech teams to support sales initiatives
• Assist with contracts, onboarding documentation, and client queries
• Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and client-facing staff

Experience

• 1-3 years' experience in sales support, inside sales or pre-sales roles
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable handling technical product information and sales materials
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred, not essential)
