DSL Group is the UK's leading supplier of impulse promotional products to forecourts, convenience stores, and independent retailers. Our innovative products, fast-moving approach, and customer-first service have made us the go-to partner for thousands of stores nationwide.
Behind the scenes, our Head Office team is essential to keeping everything running smoothly -- and now we're looking for a
highly organised Personal Assistant
to provide dedicated support to our Sales Leadership team.
The Role
We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven
PA
who can act as the right hand to our Sales Directors and Managers. This is a varied role that combines traditional PA responsibilities with key sales support administration, ensuring the Sales Team can focus on driving results.
Whether you're looking for part-time hours (09:00-15:00) for better work-life balance or full-time to progress your career, we're open to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Diary & Meeting Management:
Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas to keep the Sales Team organised and focused.
Correspondence:
Draft and manage professional communications on behalf of the Sales Leadership team.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Product & Account Admin:
Support with new product line forms, product set-up, and customer account management (openings, amendments, and closures).
Sales Support:
Assist with proposals, promotional launch sheets, order processing, and follow-ups to track the progress of sales campaigns.
Liaison Role:
Act as the first point of contact for customer Head Office queries, resolving issues with speed and professionalism.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
General PA Support:
Handle ad-hoc requests, organise files, and support with tasks that free up the Sales Team to focus on growth.
About You
Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills -- able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Confident in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a collaborative team player.
Previous PA, administrative, or sales support experience is highly desirable -- but not essential, as training will be provided.
