The Sales Support Assistant role is ideal for someone who thrives in a
fast-paced environment
, enjoys building relationships with suppliers and customers, and is confident managing multiple tasks from order processing to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicating with suppliers to obtain
pricing and lead times
Raising and managing
purchase orders
Booking in stock
accurately and efficiently
Using
Intact
software for order and stock management
Creating
customer sales orders
and ensuring timely delivery
Invoicing
customer sales orders
Packaging and
dispatching customer orders
Providing customers with
ETA updates and tracking information
About You:
Experience in a similar
sales support or order processing role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and customers
IT literate, ideally with experience using
Intact
or similar ERP systems
