Sales Support Coordinator / Order Processor

Job Description

RKW is looking to add to Sales Team, with highly skilled Coordinators to take on the Order Processing and client support duties, across a range of traditional and online retail businesses.


Do you have experience in Sales Order Processing, handling high-volume B2B orders or complex B2C orders? Are you in a Sales Administration position and looking for a new challenge?


If you're working as a Sales Administrator, Service Coordinator, Parts Advisor, or in a Customer Service role that includes Order Processing, we want to hear from you.


This position will involve working alongside the Area Sales Managers to ensure all orders and planned promotions are processed accurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer support from start to finish.

About the Role:


Process orders accurately and with 100% fulfilment where possible, ensuring all deadlines are met
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, providing first-class customer service and support
Cope well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Deal with customer requests - line forms, images, specs, QA requirements, and data analysis
Out-of-hours working may be required during busy periods and where out-of-hours bookings are obtained
Ensure customers' rework requirements are met and communicated to the relevant departments
Input and manage monthly forecasting, liaising regularly with the merchandising team
Attend meetings with customers to discuss stock levels, future buy availability, and service efficiency
Handle customer queries - delivery discrepancies, price queries, and other account issues
Ensure backorders are completed on a weekly basis and orders updated accordingly
Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and providing holiday cover when needed
Provide excellent customer service at all times through email, telephone, and in-person interactions
Process and review reports to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently
Demonstrate strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills


Key Skills Required:


Strong call-handling experience with a confident and professional telephone manner
Advanced Excel skills, with experience in data management, reporting, and analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong time management and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business
