Through our distributors we are proud to work with a wide variety of pubs, clubs, restaurants, schools and hospitals in order to provide a fast and reliable service. We are part of a global group and can boast machines in over 30 countries worldwide. We are now looking to develop both global and domestic markets to reach the next level in our 40+ year journey.

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all sales orders and customer enquiries, liaising with our distributors, Area Sales Managers, Production and Stores, to meet our next day delivery service.



Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


Using our SAP system to process all orders received from our customers. Answering all emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Ensure a smooth service for our customers. Providing delivery updates, POD's




Classeq are willing to finance any relevant professional training to allow successful candidate to develop with the company.

About you

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working on their own initiative and strives to provide excellent customer service. They will be friendly and approachable and willing to help other members of the team and customers as required



Essential Skills:


Able to use Email and SAP (training provided) Strong communication skills Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel High attention to detail, organised and methodical Customer Focused




Desirable Skills:


Prior SAP Knowledge but not essential
