To find, source and secure new construction customers across a variety of sizes, schemes and uses.
To act as one of Capital Piling's main introducers, attend client meetings (Alongside Managing Director(s)) and corporate events.
Take complete ownership of networking between new and existing clients.
Main Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities may slightly alter throughout the year dependent on company needs when looking forward, but please note it will encompass the below:
Negotiating terms of sales, agreements and closing sales with customers.
Identify, qualify, and manage new business opportunities (Organically).
Acting as point of contact between Capital Piling and customers.
Responding to customers queries and resolving any objections.
Promote and develop existing relationships through strong account management.
Maintain excellent current external relationships.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of our services.
Supporting senior management.
Strong reporting and communication both internal and external.
Working to monthly/yearly targets.
Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
Core Skills:
Self-driven to seek new business for the company.
Construction Industry Knowledge Preferable.
Excellent communication skills across written and verbal communication.
Good IT Skills.
Initiative and good decision-making skills.
Strong organisational, time management and planning skills.
Strategic and analytical thinking skills, and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Proven working experience as a sales manager, sales executive, account manager or a relevant role.
