We continue to grow across our client base throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe, we have a brand-new role at Pixel, a Sales Support Executive to join our team and provide the business with competent, reliable support to the sales function.

To support our continued growth in the UK and Ireland, we are looking to hire a Sales Support Executive to join our team and provide the business with competent, reliable support to the new business sales function.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career over the next two or three years. The role will include exposure to the whole sales process, including presence at client pitch meetings and involvement in the overall business development process. You'll also be required to get to know our supply chain partners and develop your own relationships to support our sales responses to clients.

Initially, this role will be responsible for supporting our direct sales team, which includes account managers, new business developers and marketing experts. The role will be responsible for the day to day sales administration, including maintenance of our CRM, quote creation and general administration to deliver to key deadlines as part of the sales process. You will also be involved in ensuring all administration and detail of the sales are succinctly prepared and handed over to the Client Management team until the projects and new clients are onboarded.

We are looking for someone who thrives working in a team environment, but is also able to self-motivate when needed, creating their own processes and organisation. We need a quick learner who's adaptable and not afraid of change. If you have a character that really cares about the customer experience , you'll fit right in.

The ideal candidate needs to be customer focused and highly organised in their daily role, using tools such as Outlook and Excel. You should have the ability to understand technical concepts (including hardware and software) and not be afraid of technology - it is, after all, what we do. You should be literate with the Office suite and be confident with the use of Excel to perform essential sales calculations.

Role Responsibilities:



Obtaining and inputting quotes into our ERP system Supporting customers with pre and post-sales queries and cooperating with our sales team and other supporting departments to resolve any customer issues that arise Creating any necessary performance and sales reports Onboarding new clients with help from the finance team Assist in the planning and execution of customer visits, events and awards Assist with the creation of new business proposals, pitches and tender responses Undertaking market research, identify and present opportunities and threats Building supplier relationships Establishing monitoring systems to identify potential tendering opportunities

Salary



Up to 25-30000 p.a. dependent on experience plus OTE

Hybrid working after a successful period of induction plus travel (approx 25% of working time)
