We are seeking a Bristol based dynamic Sales Support Executive who cares about customer experience and strong excel and IT skills whilst experienced using CRM tools (ideally HubSpot). You must possess a customer focused attitude and ability to pick up the phone and engage with customers and colleagues. This is an office based role in Bristol, UK (BS3) on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing day to day admin support to the UK and International sales team
Overseeing the management of the HubSpot CRM system and inbound lead enquiries
Collation and running of weekly and monthly reports
Working with the sales team and other departments to ensure customers' requests are completed in a timely manner
Administrative tasks such completing forms, collating information and online research
We are looking for the following attributes and skills:

Well organised and enthusiastic individual, with the ability to multi-task.
Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel; as well as knowledge of CRM systems - ideally HubSpot.
Confident communication skills via telephone and email, with customers as well as your co-workers
Proven administrative experience
Comfortable working to deadlines
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a similar industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
