The following is a detailed job description, for those who carry out the role of

Sales Support Executive

with our client.

Answering incoming calls in a professional manner, moving the call to the appropriate department or taking a message. Updating and operating the System & all applicable internal and external systems, ensuring the data integrity is correct. Obtain a signed customer order form in a timely manner Obtain a fully completed customer finance proposal where appropriate, incorporating all necessary data protection requirements. Transfer the customer finance proposal into the appropriate finance company system, accurately for funder approval. Obtain a finance decision and advise the customer of the finance company's decision (where appropriate). Obtain additional information, where appropriate, from the customer and transfer this to the finance company. (if instructed). Prepare a fully completed customer file, for transferring the deal to our administration team. The file will include a Signed Customer Order, a Fully Completed Customer Finance Proposal, an Administration Fee receipt (where applicable), a Finance Approval Calling in life customers to assess & identify renewal opportunities and liaise with account managers to progress Calling in life customers to assess & identify renewal opportunities and liaise with account managers to progress. To follow up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfied with vehicle quality and quality of handover.

Required Attributes:



Strong attention to detail is a must Solid organisational skills, able to multi-task and prioritise workload Methodical approach when dealing with assigned tasks Adaptable, willingness to learn new processes and tasks

KPIs:



Process Accuracy is within agreed tolerances Completeness of all deal packs sent to operations Compliance on all regulated orders * Operate role via the companies Wildix telephony system without exception
