We are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join our small team. Le Mela is a small jewellery company which has seen significant growth over the last few years. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the business by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to work closely with the Creative Director and Operations Director, supporting production and online order fulfilment while helping to increase overall sales capacity.
As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a vital role in assisting the team with administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of the sales processes. You will act as a key point of contact between the internal teams and customers, ensuring all sales orders, inquiries, and requests are handled efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Creative Director with quotations and customer updates throughout the sales process, helping to deliver a seamless customer journey.
Provide administrative support: ensuring all documentation, systems, and processes are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage and process online orders, quotations and customer inquiries.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, deal with order related issues and provide information on various products and services.
Handle customer requests and resolve any issues related to orders, delivery and billing.
Maintain and update the customer database.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within an e-commerce sales or customer service environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
