Role Overview
The Sales Support Executive provides essential administrative and operational support to field sales representatives, enabling them to focus on selling and building client relationships. This role acts as a key liaison between sales, customers, and internal departments, ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and smooth sales processes throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to field sales representatives
Prepare and process sales documentation including quotes, proposals, contracts
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer, pipeline, and activity data
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer service, and logistics) to ensure timely order fulfilment
Assist with pricing, product information, and customer enquiries
Track sales activities, deadlines, and follow-ups to support pipeline management
Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for management
Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for field sales reps
Support onboarding of new customers, including documentation and account setup
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
Handle general sales administration tasks as required
