The Role

This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the engine behind our sales process -- supporting enquiries from first contact through to mobilisation, ensuring quotes are accurate, compelling and commercially sound.

What You'll Be Doing

Producing clear, accurate quotes using information from engineers, job reports and suppliers Managing new sales enquiries from inception to mobilisation Tailoring quotes and service contracts to client needs while protecting margins Following up quotes to maximise conversion Handing over won work smoothly to Operations and Engineering teams Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors Identifying and proposing new supplier or subcontractor opportunities Spotting new sales opportunities and revenue streams Supporting Sales Managers and working closely with Customer Services and Sales Operations
What We're Looking For

Meticulous attention to detail Confident written and verbal communication skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent problem-solving ability Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision A passion for customer service and doing things right Integrity, professionalism and a collaborative mindset Either experience in basic sales techniques -- or the desire and ability to learn them An interest in developing engineering knowledge, regulations and safety standards
