Sales Support Executive
, you'll be a vital part of the sales team, ensuring quotes are accurate, competitive and delivered swiftly. You'll use your proactive approach, strong communication and service mindset to help our accounts smoothly move from enquiry through to order - so schools can focus on what really matters: learning.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team by preparing accurate and timely quotations for hardware, software licensing and associated services.
Source competitive pricing via our supplier portals and distributor sites - ensuring best-value procurement on every quote.
Collaborate with Account Managers to understand customer requirements, tailor quotations and deliver clear, professional proposals.
Liaise with suppliers/distributors to confirm product availability, lead times and deal registration opportunities.
Manage your own pipeline of quotes - ensuring prompt turnaround, accuracy and consistent follow-up with both sales team and clients.
Maintain strong communication with accounts: sending, adjusting and chasing quotations to ensure client needs are met.
Complete deal registrations with key vendors to secure the most advantageous pricing and support our margin targets.
Track and update quotation activity in our CRM system, maintaining full visibility of all open opportunities.
Develop and maintain product knowledge - complete vendor and internal training to stay current with our technology offerings and pricing structures.
Assist with order processing once quotes are accepted - ensuring a smooth handover to procurement and operations.
Contribute to process improvements - suggest ways to boost efficiency, accuracy and the overall customer experience within our sales support function.
Marketing administration including social media posting/scheduling.

Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who's proactive, organised and enjoys supporting others. You'll have a keen eye for detail, great communication skills and a genuine desire to help schools get the best from their technology.
Essential:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple quotes and deadlines.
Confident communicator - comfortable working with both internal teams and external contacts.
Attention to detail and accuracy when preparing quotations or entering data.
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
Comfortable learning new systems and supplier portals.
A focus on great customer service and professional communication.
A general understanding and awareness of IT and modern technology.
Desirable:
Experience in a sales support, procurement or administrative role.
Knowledge of IT hardware, software licensing or managed services.
Familiarity with education sector customers.
Experience using ticketing & CRM systems.
