Vibright are excited to be partnering with an ambitious hybrid tech distributor at a pivotal moment of growth. Based in Hungerford, working with clients across the UK, the business is excited to have opening to join their growing, high performing team sales team. The purpose of this role is to support the thriving sales team of Account Managers, you will play play a key part in ensuring the success of the team.

You will be joining the already established Team, reporting to the head of 'inside sales'. It's a supportive environment, with a keen emphasis on working together, with peer to peer learning and coaching playing a key part in not only your induction, but throughout your role. This role will suit someone who is hungry to learn and has a desire to build a career within sales! You may not have experience within sales, but if you have the right attitude, are customer focused and a desire to support your team then this could be the role for you!


What will you be doing?



Your primary role will be to maintain and maximise the lucrative accounts that you will be inheriting, whilst also bringing your expertise to identify new opportunities and build new relationships. Here is a snapshot of what you will be responsible for:

Accurately process customer orders using internal systems, ensuring service levels are maintained and any issues are promptly escalated to the Sales Teams. Respond to customer queries via phone and email, including providing pricing, quotations and support for bespoke requests. Coordinate with vendors to secure special bid pricing and manage associated documentation to support competitive sales efforts. Collaborate closely with the purchasing teams to monitor stock levels and ensure product availability for key accounts. You will be the person to go to when your team are absence, offering the support needed to ensure that customers receive the service they expect.

You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Previous experience in an administrative or customer service based role A natural ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Resilience, curiosity, and a proactive mindset. A willingness to learn and embrace sales challenges.
