Overview

Maritime Bunkering Ltd, part of the Rix Group, is a family-owned business trading for 150 years. Now in its 6th generation, including over 20 diverse companies, operating in many sectors, we are looking to recruit an Operations and Inventory Co-ordinator to work closely alongside the Sales and Accounts roles based at our head office in Hull. Anyone who has a ships agency or logistics background would be advantageous.

The Role:

Liaise with customers in a professional manner to assess their requirements Responsible for completing and managing sales enquiry forms Process sales orders and update stock and operations team Monitoring potential changes to delivery windows Assist and support colleagues with pricing Framework Agreements Manage and update digital records with accuracy

The successful candidate:

A proven track record in sales or a similar environment Proficient in Microsoft 365 Ability to input data accurately and in a timely manner High level of attention to detail Confident in Financial Reconciliation Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently Strong organisational and communication skills

Package:
