We are in the market for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team to be responsible for administrative duties and assist the sales department in acquiring and retaining customers. As
Sales Support Specialist your responsibilities will include tracking sales leads, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts.
You will be able to meet and exceed sales and other KPI targets and meet demanding customer and company expectations. Your work will be made up of proactive and reactive work delivering on specific timescales.
To excel in this role we require good time management and organisational skills. You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and monitor key performance indicators for sales team, supporting them in the delivery of territory targets.
Identify additional sales opportunities from all channels of customer contact and look to optimise account spend.
Support the sales team with diary management and spot opportunities to maximise diary capacity in order to hit meetings targets.
Take responsibility for existing account maintenance through regular customer contact.
Complete monthly customer contact KPI's. which includes Touch base, New User, 50 orders, Red/Dead list etc.
Demonstrate a full understanding of our onboarding process.
Contribute in the delivery of customer testimonials and above & beyond.
Contribute to the success of the Sales Support Team by identifying ways to improve/succeed.
Support the premises development department by identifying refit/refurb opportunities from customer contact.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.
Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.
An understanding of sales principles and customer service practises.
