To provide support to the Head of Sales, which will include quotation management, client liaison, re design, contract management, costings, diary updates, reporting and support.
Role/Tasks & Responsibilities
Contact unsold leads via phone and or email to generate additional orders.
Maintain and update the lead system.
Contact Sales Designers when required to provide further information on any outstanding quotes.
Provide assistance on any other administrative duties required by the business.
Liaise closely with Sales Designers on a regular basis for lead/information updates and notify the Heads of Sales of any issues.
Advise of finance options to clients including full FCA regulated information.
Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to help manage their expectations.
Use initiative when dealing and handling customer queries.
Undertake any other reasonable task as required by the company.

Qualifications and Experience
Experience in the fenestration industry is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Experienced in Microsoft Office programmes and CRM systems.
Good attention to detail
Driving Licence is required.
