About the Role
Administration & Internal Coordination
Manage day-to-day administrative requests from the Sales Team, ensuring a smooth handover and quick resolution.
Coordinate urgent customer service cases by working closely with the Customer Experience Team to ensure priority support is delivered.
Track and manage customer communications, order follow-ups, and specific client tasks on behalf of the Account Managers.
Speedy Quotation Turnaround
Prepare quotes for client requests, ensuring accurate pricing and terms.
Aim to turn around standard quotes within 2-3 hours to maintain our reputation for speed and reliability.
Escalate any complex or technical quote requests to the appropriate internal stakeholders (e.g., Procurement, Product Development).
Proactive Sales Support & Client Engagement
Follow up on outstanding quotes, sampling requests, or queries.
Proactively engage Tier 2 contacts within key accounts, on behalf of Account Managers, to ensure no opportunities are missed.
Log all communication in CRM or internal systems, ensuring visibility for the wider team.
Spend & Account Analysis
Assist with reviewing account spend data and identifying product or service gaps.
Work with Account Managers to share insights into under-utilised areas of spend and propose solutions.
Coordinate with the Marketing Team where promotional campaigns may help close identified spend gaps.
Meeting Support & Diary Management
Download and transcribe meeting voice notes and turn them into actionable task lists.
Prioritise and plan upcoming sales days for Account Managers, ensuring sample requests, literature, and prep work are ready.
Maintain regular check-ins with the field team to ensure all post-meeting actions are completed promptly.

Pricing Tools & Product Support
Gain working knowledge of PWS's pricing tools to create competitive and accurate quotes.
Work with Purchasing and the New Product Development team to support any sourcing or bespoke product requirements.
Help accelerate enquiry resolution by following up internally and tracking timelines for the sales team.
Project Support & Coordination
Support the delivery of one-off requests such as sample sizing events, product days, charity events, and uniform launches.
Assist with planning and coordination of key client activities, ensuring all logistics and documentation are handled.
Represent the brand professionally in supporting external activities when required.
You will have:
Proven experience in an Account Management or similar Sales/Customer Service role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM.
Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, SharePoint and Excel.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
The Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
The confidence in liaising across departments and with external clients.
Proactive mindset - able to spot and act on opportunities without being prompted.
