Summary

We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team at English Braids Ltd. This role is vital in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction as we continue to deliver high-quality products to discerning markets.

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer orders & enquiries. Prepare quotes and process orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet customer requirements. Provide product information and support to customers as needed. Help identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Understanding of international paperwork is highly beneficial (training can be provided). Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Previous experience in sales support or customer service in B2B environment.

Salary & Benefits

Sales is indicative and will be based on experience. 29 Days holiday will be provided (Inc. bank and public holiday). Pensions provided. Free car secure car parking.
