Summary

We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team at Rebound Electronics UK Ltd. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales team by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the sales process.

Responsibilities

oGenerate and process sales quotations.

Generate and process sales and purchase orders. Provide general administrative support to sales personnel. Liaise internally in order to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction. Liaise internally in order to resolve issues with both customers and suppliers including, when required, any financial issues. Provide customer support, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times. Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery schedules. Expedite purchase orders and record shipping details and delivery schedules. Ensure all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
